Impact Dance Experience is run under NZ Company Effect Productions.
Effect Productions exists to deliver inclusive and creative dance events that build confidence, create opportunities and celebrate all dancers. 

Owned & operated by Gemma Laing.  Gemma has spent most of her life involved with the arts. First as dancer, then choreographer, teacher, studio owner and over the past 8 years moving into Event Management.  Gemma resides in Nelson with her husband and 2 boys, but works nationwide.  Aside from Impact, Gemma is the event director for Hip Hop Unite NZ qualifier and World Championships, co ordinates the UDO street dance syllabus exams and is a qualified examiner and also event manages numerous community events, fashion shows, and dance and arts based events. ​
